Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain guest rooms and public areas to meet the hotel’s premium standards of cleanliness and order.
- Replace linens, towels, and amenities in guest rooms, ensuring a fully stocked and inviting atmosphere.
- Dust, vacuum, sanitize, and tidy all assigned spaces, paying attention to detail in every corner.
- Respond promptly to guest requests or concerns and resolve them professionally to enhance their stay.
- Report maintenance issues, lost-and-found items, and room status updates to the housekeeping supervisor.
- Maintain a well-organized housekeeping cart and ensure supplies are replenished for efficiency.
- Follow all health and safety guidelines, including the proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
- Support fellow team members by assisting in common areas and other tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- Prior housekeeping experience or similar role.
