Key Responsibilities:
- Requirement Gathering: Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements through interviews, workshops, and other techniques.
- Process Analysis: Analyze existing business processes to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
- Data Analysis: Utilize data analysis tools to extract insights and inform decision-making.
- Documentation: Create clear and concise documentation, including process flows, use cases, and functional specifications.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, product management, and operations.
- Problem-Solving: Apply analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve issues.
- Continuous Learning: Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in business analysis.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Basic knowledge of data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., SQL, Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
- A keen interest in technology and business processes.
